La sequera, protagonista de les fotografies guanyadores del Concurs de Fotografia del Món Rural

Inclús aquest any veiem una escena molt urbana entre els premis especials: un ramat transhumant al bell mig de Madrid, a la Porta del Sol.

Sòls quartejats, terres ermes i seques, gelades i nevades, animals i persones en un ecosistema amenaçat per la calor, els incendis i la manca de precipitacions. I en aquest context, persones: Agricultors, ramaders, apicultors, pastors, artesanes… Inclús aquest any hi veiem una escena molt urbana: un ramat transhumant al bell mig de Madrid, a la Porta del Sol.

Més de 600 fotògrafs i fotògrafes han enviat les seves imatges per participar al Concurs de Fotografia del Món Rural, i el jurat tot just ha fet pública la decisió d’aquesta XVI edició: ha publicat les tres guanyadores principals, les vint finalistes i els premis especials de “Dones Rurals”, “Segurs Agraris”, “Oví-caprí” i “Patrimoni Cultural Immaterial”.

El concurs, que ha estat organitzat per  la Fundació d’Estudis Rurals de UPA, l’editorial agroalimentaria Eumedia i FADEMUR, compta amb el patrocini principal del Forum Interalimentari i amb la col·laboració de l’Entitat Estatal de Segurs Agraris (ENESA), del Ministeri de Cultura i Esports i de l’Organizació Interprofessional de l’Oví i el Caprí (INTEROVIC).

En aquesta edició destaquen especialment els paisatges i els fenòmens meteorològics que marquen el seu esdevenir, especialment en un 2022 en què s’han batut tots els rècords de calor i manca de pluges. El jurat ha destacat “l’impacte” de paisatges que generen “neguit i desolació”, i en què les figures humanes s’enfronten al “repte incommensurable de produir aliments en un context hostil”.

El primer premi l’ha guanyat Vicente Guill Fuster, per un paisatge realitzat a Santa Pola (Alacant), el segon premi Aitor Borruel, per una imatge aèria presa al pantà de Yesa (Navarra), precisament el mateix escenari del tercer premi, amb una altra imatge de dron feta per Carlos de Cos.

Premis especials

El premi especial FADEMUR a la fotografia de les Dones Rurals, patrocinat pel Fòrum Interalimentari, ha recaigut a la fotògrafa Silvia Soria Montalvo, per la imatge d’unes treballadores reparant xarxes de pesca al poble de Sant Vicenç de la Barquera, a Cantàbria.

El premi ENESA a la fotografia de les Assegurances Agraries ha estat per al fotògraf Luis Miguel Ruiz Gordón, per una imatge realitzada a Pinto (Madrid), durant el temporal Filomena.

El premi a la fotografia del Patrimoni Cultural Immaterial, patrocinat pel Ministeri de Cultura i Esport recau en la fotògrafa i veterinària María del Carmen García Moreno, per una imatge presa durant la Festa de la Transhumància, a la Porta del Sol de Madrid.

Finalment, el premi Interovic a la fotografia de l’Oví i Caprino ha estat per a Daniel Andión Espinal, per una potent imatge realitzada a Caparroso (Navarra).
