El talent té lloc a les Terres de l’Ebre

Una cinquantena d’empreses participen al Fòrum d’Ocupació i Talent de la Universitat Rovira i Virgili. L’esdeveniment, que té l’objectiu de facilitar la inserció laboral dels estudiants i alumni de la universitat, arriba a la setena edició batent el seu rècord d’empreses assistents, 51. Segons el sotsdirector del Campus de Tortosa, Xavier Ferré, el retorn dels joves que han marxat a estudiar fora és un dels reptes a superar, però nombroses empreses com ViewNext, del grup IBM, participen al Fòrum per implantar-se a les Terres de l’Ebre. En aquest sentit, els empresaris d’aquesta fira destaquen que el talent quilòmetre 0 dóna bon rendiment i moltes persones surten de la fira amb contractes de feina.

A més, el fòrum també pot servir també als futurs estudiants per testejar quins sectors professionals tenen més sortida al territori. Ferré ha apuntat que hi ha molts llocs qualificats i ofertes de treball que no acaben de correspondre amb les demandes educatives dels alumnes. Per exemple, hi ha molta oferta laboral de carreres tècniques però en canvi les que imparteix la URV, sempre queden amb places vacants. “És un contrasentit”, ha lamentat. Per això al fòrum participen desenes d’empreses implantades a les Terres de l’Ebre de sectors tecnològics, de serveis, d’administració, salut o turisme, entre molts altres.

El retorn dels joves és, però, un tema pendent. Ferré reconeix que voldrien “tenir més èxit” i s’esforcen a difondre el fòrum per facilitar des dels seus campus que el primer retorn es produís amb estudiants ebrencs que estudien fora del territori. “Moltes vegades no tenim la resposta que voldríem de gent que podria trobar feina aquí, qualificada, i no assisteix al fòrum. És una oportunitat d’entrevistar-se amb caps de recursos humans de més de cinquanta empreses, és la millor oportunitat que se’l pugui brindar”, ha destacat Ferré.

Per exemple, ViewNext, del grup IBM ha explicat que han d’implantar el nou sistema de gestió d’informació als quatre hospitals de l’Ebre i busquen gent per crear un grup de treball aquí. No es busquen només candidats amb formació informàtica perquè els perfils que necessiten són molt diferents, des d’economistes, a psicòlegs, especialistes en màrqueting o professionals de la salut. “Implementem i mantenim aplicacions informàtiques però, per fer-ho, necessitem noves idees en la forma d’aplicar-les i necessitem de tot”, ha afegit.
