Quins són els criteris que fem servir a l’hora de triar un vi?

Les denominacions d’origen vinícoles catalanes, en el marc de la campanya conjunta Gaudeix del que és bo, han sortit al carrer per preguntar a habituals consumidors i consumidores de vi, quins són els seus criteris a l’hora de triar un vi, sigui en botiga o a restaurants.

Després de la bona acollida de l’espot publicitari presentat el passat mes de setembre, des de les DO s’ha volgut continuar incidint en els atributs que té el vi català amb DO (diversitat, origen, prestigi, proximitat, sostenibilitat o qualitat) posant a prova el sector i traslladant la qüestió al carrer, on es troben els potencials consumidors.

Entre les respostes destaquen aspectes com la varietat de raïm, l’anyada, l’etiqueta o el preu, aquest últim especialment entre els més joves, però també la proximitat, la denominació d’origen.

Per tal d’arrodonir la prova de testatge, es va convidar als entrevistats a fer un tast a cegues de dos vins, un vi català amb DO i un vi sense DO. El resultat no deixa lloc a dubtes: el vi més triat va ser, tant en el blanc com en el negre, el vi català amb DO.

 

Sobre la campanya ‘Gaudeix del que és bo #ViCatalà’

Sota el lema Gaudeix del que és bo #ViCatalà, les 11 Denominacions d’Origen vitivinícoles catalanes (DO Alella, DO Catalunya, DO Conca de Barberà, DO Costers de Segre, DO Empordà, DO Montsant, DO Penedès, DO Pla de Bages, DOQ Priorat, DO Tarragona i DO Terra Alta), amb el suport de la Generalitat de Catalunya a través d’INCAVI, han unit esforços per apropar al consumidor que viu a Catalunya als vins catalans amb Denominació d’Origen.

Modernitzar la imatge del vi català, apropar-lo al consumidor no expert i desvestir-lo de complexitat són alguns dels eixos d’aquesta campanya que té com a objectiu fonamental la promoció del consum de vi català amb Denominació d’Origen, no només perquè són els vins de proximitat sinó perquè són bons i de qualitat.
