Neix el primer obrador compartit per a empreses i emprenedors gironins a Ripoll: “Volem facilitar l’inici de projectes”

És el nou servei de l'Aula d'Hostaleria del Ripollès per ajudar a fer viable idees de negoci

L’Agència de Desenvolupament del Ripollès té a punt el primer obrador compartit per a empreses i emprenedors gironins. Es troba a les instal·lacions de l’Aula d’Hostaleria del Ripollès i des d’ara ja està obert per rebre peticions. “És un banc de proves on poden venir a desenvolupar el seu projecte d’alimentació”, afirma a l’ACN el coordinador de l’aula, Joan Pera. D’aquesta manera, no han de fer una inversió prèvia pel seu compte per provar si funciona i només hauran de pagar les hores de lloguer d’espai que necessiten. “El preu màxim són 60 euros l’hora”, detalla. L’espai fa uns 150 m2 i s’han fet un seguit de millores per actualitzar la maquinària i aconseguir els permisos amb una inversió d’uns 20.000 euros.

Aquest espai fins ara l’utilitzaven només els alumnes de l’Aula d’Hostaleria, però ara es vol obrir a emprenedors i empreses que vulguin provar noves línies de negoci. Els interessats podran utilitzar les màquines, mobiliari i electrodomèstics que ja hi ha, a excepció dels utensilis de cuina que cadascú haurà de portar els seus.

“Com a entitat pública de desenvolupament local, intentem donar resposta davant una necessitat i ser una ajuda a empreses i emprenedors, volem ser uns facilitadors, fer que les coses siguin més senzilles a gent que vulgui iniciar projectes”, afirma Pera.

Aquest és un projecte que ja feia temps que hi treballaven. Si bé encara no han rebut cap proposta formal, sí que ja hi han contactat interessats per veure els passos a seguir. Mercè Mauri, tècnica agroalimentària de l’Agència de Desenvolupament del Ripollès, explica que de moment tenen els permisos per fer-hi plats cuinats, com ara salses, elaborats com canelons o pizzes. “No es podran fer de moment elaborats carnis, com embotits ni làctics; si hi hagués molta demanda, es valoraria la inversió que faria falta i si l’espai es pot adaptar”, detalla.

Des de l’agència també faran una feina d’acompanyament i assessorament com ara treure’s el registre sanitari de transport. Segons Mauri, “aquí només s’elabora, no es pot deixar el producte emmagatzemat i un cop elaborat t’ho has d’emportar”. Calculen que, un cop l’empresa fa la petició formal i lliura la memòria d’activitat, al cap d’un mes aproximadament es podria començar a utilitzar l’obrador si tot és correcte.

Pel que fa al funcionament, les diferents activitats que hi puguin haver no podran coincidir per evitar possibles contaminacions de plats i s’aniran donant hores de forma individual. El servei es podrà utilitzar un màxim de 500 hores a l’any i fins a un màxim de 3 anys. L’obrador de l’Aula d’Hostaleria del Ripollès és l’únic espai gironí habilitat i registrat sanitàriament per oferir les seves instal·lacions a hores.
