Les Vinyes del Convent guanya el Premi Qualitat Ebrenca 2021

Les Vinyes del Convent ha estat guardonat aquest cap de setmana amb el Premi Qualitat Ebrenca 2021. El guardó ha estat atorgat per L’Associació Amics i Amigues de l’Ebre i els col·legis professionals d’Arquitectes de la Demarcació de l’Ebre, i Aparelladors i Arquitectes Tècnics de les Terres de l’Ebre.

L’objectiu de l’acte de lliurament dels XX Premis de Qualitat a l’Arquitectura Ebrenca, que s’ha celebrat el 18 de desembre a les 12h al Museu de l’Ebre situat a Tortosa, és el de reconèixer la qualitat de les intervencions arquitectòniques que s’han dut a terme darrerament en l’àmbit de les quatre comarques ebrenques subjecte a diferents criteris.

 

Entre els aspectes a valorar per poder obtenir el reconeixement destaquen l’accessibilitat, l’eficiència energètica -inclosa la petjada energètica en la construcció i de construcció-, la innovació tant tecnològica com conceptual i estilística, la qualitat d’execució i acabats, la funcionalitat, el disseny arquitectònic i la repercussió al territori.

 

D’altra banda, el jurat ha disposat de la potestat d’ampliar els reconeixements a la resta d’agents que hagin participat en la intervenció arquitectònica i d’altres professionals que hagin estat integrats en la direcció facultativa de les obres, als industrials que s’hagin distingit per uns excel·lents acabats o als promotors per la seva decisió i plantejament de la iniciativa realitzada envers de la seva transcendència per al territori.

 

En aquest sentit, i tenint present que l’objectiu de Les Vinyes del Convent és arribar a la màxima qualitat, el celler ha estat dotat amb la tecnologia més puntera perquè tot sumi a l’hora d’aconseguir els millors vins, però sense oblidar en cap moment el compromís amb el territori. Les vinyes creixen en paratges singulars, amb una marcada empremta del territori i una aposta decidida per la Garnatxa, la varietat emblema de la comarca.

 

Sobre el celler

Les Vinyes del Convent és l’únic celler de la Terra Alta que es troba a Horta de Sant Joan, una població tradicionalment lligada al món del vi i sota el paraigua de la Denominació d’Origen Terra Alta. El celler va ser inaugurat el juny de 2017 amb la presentació de les seves 5 primeres referències: Los Ceps de la Via Verda Blanc, Los Ceps de la Via Verda Negre, Els Costums Blanc, Els Costums Negre i Mas de Sotorres. Des de llavors han vist la llum la resta de referències: el vi rosat Lola Bel, el negre Mon Pare  -dos vins homenatge als pares d’Elies Gil-, Lo Presbiteri, vi de missa; i els escumosos, Diferents i La Senyoria.
