La diada de Sant Jordi a Santa Coloma de Queralt

Divendres i dissabte la Plaça Major acull parades de roses, llibres i creacions de proximitat.

La companyia Crea Moviment ofereix l’espectacle de poesia familiar «Polsim d’or», que neix fruit de l’observació acurada i respectuosa de la natura per descobrir la màgia i particularitat que hi ha darrere de cada element.

Dissabte al migdia, la companyia Teatrhistòric presenta «Santa Coloma, la Real, la de Magí Sivillà», emplaçant l’espectador l’any 1643 mostrant la història d’un cap militar, una reina francesa, Lluís XIV i un prevere colomí. A la tarda es presenta el llibre «La medicina en temps dels nostres avis», escrit per Jordi Gras i editat per l’Associació Cultural Baixa Segarra. El llibre neix amb el descobriment d’un formulari que va escriure el doctor Hermenegild Carrera l’any 1885.

Seguidament es fa l’entrega dels premis de la portada de La Segarra, número 500, i l’entrega de premis del concurs literari per part dels Gegants de Santa Coloma. La jornada de dissabte acaba plena de somriures amb una ballada de gegants a la Plaça.

Diumenge s’ofereix el concert amb «Banda sonora» a la sala de l’Estrella.
