Espinelves tanca una 41a Fira de l’Avet d'”èxit” fregant els 100.000 assistents i amb més de 4.000 arbres venuts

La coincidència del pont de la Constitució i de la Puríssima en dimarts i dijous afavoreix l'arribada de visitants

La 41a edició de la Fira de l’Avet d’Espinelves (Osona) tanca portes aquest diumenge i ho fa després de nou dies d'”èxit”, segons ha explicat a l’Agència Catalana de Notícies (ACN) el regidor de Turisme del municipi, Jordi Geli. “Hem enganxat dos ponts i, entremig, un aqüeducte”, ha subratllat, la qual cosa ha propiciat que hi hagués “moltíssima gent” i que dilluns, dimecres i divendres n’hi hagués “gairebé com si fos festiu”.

Geli estima que s’han superat “segur” els 80.000 visitants al poble i que s’han “aproximat” als 100.000, sobretot gràcies al turista local de Catalunya, tot i que enguany han rebut visitants d’Andorra, França i del País Valencià. “Hem notat més afluència”, ha assegurat, tot i que ha considerat “puntual” la visita de persones de fora de Catalunya.

Pel que fa a la venda d’exemplars, calcula que n’hi ha hagut “entre 4.000 i 5.000”, unes xifres que concorden amb les previsions que tenien abans de començar l’esdeveniment. “Ha anat molt bé perquè aquest dematí ja hi havia parades que amb prou feines tenien arbres”, ha resumit. Els avets s’han venut entre els 10 i els 60 euros.

La fira va començar dissabte passat, 3 de desembre, i la coincidència del pont de la Constitució i el de la Puríssima han permès d’allargar-lo fins al cap de setmana següent, que ha tingut lloc a la vegada que a Vic s’hi feia el Mercat Medieval. Això ha fet que aquesta petita població de 231 habitants multipliqués el seu aforament aquests dies.
