Els vins de la Denominació d’Origen Alella, de la mà del Consorci d’Enoturisme, seran els protagonistes aquest mes de juny de diferents esdeveniments repartits pel territori que engloba la DO.
L’agenda d’activitats d’aquest mes es reparteix per Premià de Dalt i Badalona, en format d’Enotast; i arribarà també al Masnou per participar de les jornades gastronòmiques que organitza la localitat amb motiu de la Festa Major de Sant Pere.
Enotastos
La primera trobada tindrà lloc dissabte dia 12 a Premià de Dalt (12h), al restaurant El Celleret. Els assistents podran gaudir d’un tast de dues referències: Parvus Syrah, del celler Alta Alella, i 3, de Testuan, que podran maridar amb dues tapes elaborades pel restaurant Celleret, un pa de coca amb ventresca, ceba caramel·litzada i anxova; i pa de coca amb sobrassada de Mallorca i formatge de Maó.
Diumenge 20 de juny els vins de la DO Alella es traslladen fins a Badalona, a l’Escola del Mar, i en col·laboració amb la botiga de vins Cristina Guillén. La cita serà a les 12h i es podran degustar els vins AA Tallarol, del Celler de les Aus, i Alta Alella Parvus Rosé, del celler Alta Alella. Tot acompanyat amb dues propostes gastronòmiques: escalivada amb anxova i croquetes de pollastre, pernil i bolets.

‘L’Escuracassoles’, mostra gastronòmica del Masnou
En el marc de la celebració de la Festa Major de Sant Pere del Masnou, del 25 de juny al 4 de juliol se celebra la primera edició de L’Escuracassoles, una mostra gastronòmica que convida als participants a gaudir dels establiments del municipi de forma lúdica.
Es tracta d’un recorregut enogastronòmic per una trentena d’establiments de la localitat on es presentaran propostes gastronòmiques dissenyades per a l’ocasió i maridades amb vins de la DO Alella.
La mostra es presenta com un joc dinàmic on els participants podran tastar les diferents propostes, aconseguint un segell per a la seva butlleta que els permetrà després votar per la millor proposta (amb un mínim de 5 propostes tastades) i entrar així en el sorteig de tres experiències enoturístiques a La Terra de la Pansa Blanca.
Una manera dinàmica i divertida de donar a conèixer els restaurants i bars de la localitat, alhora que gaudeixen dels vins del territori.
