Divendres va arrencar a l’Ametlla de Mar la XI edició de les Jornades del Peix de Llotja i l’Arrossejat. Fins al pròxim 16 d’octubre, aquells que s’apropin a la localitat marinera podran gaudir dels menús que els restaurants participants han preparat per a l’ocasió, i marinar les seves propostes amb els vins de la Denominació d’Origen Terra Alta, dels cellers de les Terres de l’Ebre.
Els xefs dels nou restaurants participants prepararan plats per posar en valor el peix de llotja. Entre les propostes es podran trobar plats com ara saltejat de calamar de llotja amb favetes i llagostins, lluç de llotja amb salsa de cava i safrà, crema suau de peix de roca amb llamàntol a baixa temperatura i roques de musclo, o cues de rapets en adob. A més, a tots els restaurants s’ofereixen també diferents propostes d’arrossejat com ara amb gambeta blanca i rap, amb patata ‘del caldo’ i allioli, o amb llagostins.
8 d’octubre, XXXVI Diada de l’Arrossejat
En el marc de les Jornades del Peix de Llotja, ahir dissabte dia 8 d’octubre es va celebrar la XXXVI Diada de l’Arrossejat, una trobada que va tenir lloc a la llotja de pescadors de l’Ametlla a partir de les 17h i fins a les 21h.
En aquesta jornada, les propostes gastronòmiques van anar a càrrec dels cuiners amateurs participants d’aquest concurs que, any rere any, atreu a més participants. Durant la Diada, a més de tastar les seves propostes gastronòmiques, es va poder gaudir també de diferents activitats lúdiques i culturals, maridades amb els vins de la DO Terra Alta.
