Els cellers catalans amb DO afectats per la covid ja poden demanar ajuts de fins a 6.000 euros al Govern

Els cellers amb denominació d’origen de Catalunya afectats per la covid-19 ja poden demanar els ajuts del Departament d’Empresa i Coneixement dotats amb 1,65 milions d’euros. Les subvencions s’han publicat al Diari Oficial de la Generalitat de Catalunya (DOGC) i es podran començar a demanar a partir de divendres i fins al dia 17 de desembre. Aquesta línia s’adreça als cellers amb treballadors d’alta afiliats al Sistema especial per a treballadors per compte d’altri agraris. Es podran beneficiar d’aquests ajuts els cellers que tinguin la condició de pime; la seu social o seu operativa a Catalunya i hagin patit una reducció de la facturació de com a mínim el 20% durant el període inclòs entre el 14 de març i el 20 de juny de 2020.

La subvenció consisteix en una aportació màxima de 1.200 euros per cada treballador que estigui donat d’alta al Sistema especial per a treballadors per compte d’altri agraris en algun moment del període inclòs entre març i desembre, amb un màxim de 6.000 euros per celler.

L’import es calcula en funció de la durada de l’alta dels empleats: 900 euros per una durada entre dos i quatre mesos i 1.200 euros per una durada de quatre mesos o més. El Departament d’Empresa abonarà l’import en un únic pagament en el moment en què es resolgui la concessió.

A Catalunya hi ha 11 denominacions d’origen relatives al vi amb uns 600 cellers inscrits. El teixit empresarial dels cellers el componen majoritàriament petites i mitjanes empreses, que tenen menys recursos que les empreses grans per mantenir la seva activitat i l’ocupació. Per aquest motiu aquests ajuts reconeixen la singularitat dels cellers com a pimes en relació amb els seus nivells de facturació i el nombre i el règim d’afiliació dels seus treballadors.

L’afectació de la pandèmia en l’activitat dels cellers amb denominació d’origen s’explica, fonamentalment, per l’aturada de l’activitat del canal de distribució d’hotels, restaurants i cafeteries i pel tancament d’aquests negocis des de l’entrada en vigor de l’estat d’alarma.

El ritme intern dels cellers ha disminuït per l’aplicació de les mesures per prevenir la transmissió del virus. Tot i que les exportacions agroalimentàries de Catalunya durant el primer semestre de 2020 han crescut un 9,18% en valor i un 4,37% en volum respecte del mateix període de 2019, segons les dades del Departament d’Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Alimentació, el sector del vi i el cava, que representa el 4,07% de les exportacions, han disminuït un 13,55% en valor i un 5,49% en volum respecte del mateix període de 2019.

En aquesta situació els consells reguladors de les denominacions d’origen preveuen que la disminució dels ingressos dels cellers en 2020 serà de fins al 35% respecte de l’any anterior.
