El vi ecològic Ànima Nua Cor Viu Negre de DOMENIO WINES, guardonat als premis internacionals Bioweinpreis

Cellers Domenys està d’enhorabona. El primer vi ecològic negre Ànima Nua Cor Viu del catàleg de vins i caves de DOMENIO WINES ha estat reconegut recentment en la 12a edició dels premis Bioweinpreis d’Alemanya. Es tracta d’un dels concursos internacionals de vins ecològics de qualitat més importants i, alhora, més valorats de la indústria, des de la seva fundació l’any 2009.

L’Ànima Nua Cor Viu Negre 2019 ha assolit la Medalla de Plata amb 88 punts en aquest certamen on els vins es puntuen amb el sistema PAR (Producte-Anàlisi-Rànquing), reconegut a nivell mundial i avalat per la Unió Europea. Amb aquest guardó, l’Ànima Nua Cor Viu Negre 2019, elaborat amb la varietat Ull de Llebre, es posiciona com un vi excel·lent, sensorialment notable i d’ingredients accentuats que atrauen l’atenció dels tastadors experts.

El PAR System garanteix una major transparència i objectivitat en l’avaluació. Durant el certamen, es valoren l’originalitat, l’origen i el tipus d’elaboració dels productes. El jurat avalua cada vi ecològic individualment i en equip. Aquest és el primer any que el concurs s’ha dividit en un tast de primavera i un de tardor. En aquest últim, el tribunal ha tastat 474 vins de 19 països, entre ells, l’Ànima Nua Cor Viu Negre 2019 de DOMENIO WINES.

Cal recordar que la família dels Ànima Nua Cor Viu, reconeguda per la DO Conca de Barberà, es va incorporar recentment al catàleg de vins i caves de DOMENIO WINES, donant llum a productes de gamma eco-friendly blancs i negres. La seva base es troba en uns fruits sans i equilibrats, gràcies al conreu dels ceps mitjançant adobs orgànics, varietats de raïm adaptades al medi, tècniques de confusió sexual i eliminació de pesticides. Per les seves propietats, l’Ànima Nua Cor Viu Negre és un vi profund, enèrgic i persistent amb un esclat intens de fruites com la cirera i la grosella.
