Cava Bertha ofereix experiencies immersives amb realitat virtual en les visites als seus cellers

La nova activitat estarà disponible a partir del primer trimestre de 2023 i, des del celler asseguren sentir-se “amb moltes ganes” de poder-la estrenar.

Cava Bertha es reinventa i dona una volta a l’enoturisme oferint la primera proposta de visites híbrides, que combinaran la part humana i la part tecnològica. Gràcies a unes ulleres de realitat virtual, els visitants del celler podran gaudir d’una visita molt més completa a les instal·lacions. Una experiència immersiva que els permetrà conèixer tots els processos d’elaboració del cava, independentment de l’època de l’any que facin la visita.

Podran viure el moment de desgorjat o el remenat d’ampolles, i fins i tot “visitar” les vinyes i veure-les en els seus diferents cicles. I tot combinat amb la visita física a les instal·lacions i l’acompanyament de les explicacions de l’equip d’enoturisme del celler.

La nova activitat estarà disponible a partir del primer trimestre de 2023 i, des del celler asseguren sentir-se “amb moltes ganes” de poder-la estrenar, tot esperant que resulti atractiva per als seus visitants. “Pensem que és una bona eina per aprofitar i per combinar amb tota la part tradicional enoturística que ja tenim assentada”, afirmen els responsables de la cava.

Amb aquest projecte pioner, Cava Bertha dona un important pas endavant pel que fa a l’enoturisme i el seu desenvolupament de cara al futur i en relació amb les noves tecnologies i els seus potencials usuaris.

Cava Bertha va ser fundada l’any 1989 a Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. Actualment el celler es troba ubicat a Subirats, delimitat per les muntanyes de Montserrat i amb el mar a uns 30 quilòmetres. Amb sòls argilosos, treballen varietats autòctones com ara el xarel·lo, el macabeu i la parellada, amb què elaboren els seus caves. I compten també amb una vinya recuperada de xarel·lo vermell amb la qual elaboren un dels seus 4 vins tranquils.

En total, el celler produeix unes 180.000 ampolles a l’any, de les quals la majoria són de les 8 referències de cava que elaboren. La seva producció es destina fonamentalment al mercat català, i en l’actualitat comencen a exportar una petita part a països d’Europa, els Estats Units i Àsia.
