Catalunya rep 14 guardons als premis Porc d’or, celebrats a Lleida

Lleida ha tornat a acollir la gala de lliurament dels premis Porc d’Or, que reconeixen l’excel·lència en la producció de porcí en tot l’Estat espanyol. Encapçalat per la consellera d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural, Teresa Jordà, l’acte ha aplegat prop de 600 professionals del sector porcí de tot l’Estat.

En total, s’han lliurat 48 premis (45 premis generals i 3 premis especials) a 41 granges de 6 comunitats autònomes. Catalunya, amb 14 guardons, és el segon territori de l’Estat més premiat, per darrere de l’Aragó, que n’ha rebut 16.

 

Els premis Porc d’Or estan organitzats per l’Institut de Recerca i Tecnologia Agroalimentàries (IRTA) del Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural, juntament amb l’empresa de salut animal Zoetis i la Interprofessional del Porcí de Capa Blanca (Interporc) i amb el suport de la Paeria – Ajuntament de Lleida i Mercolleida.

 

Sis comunitats autònomes reconegudes

Atenent els criteris tècnics de Longevitat (Garrins Deslletats per Truja de Baixa), Productivitat Numèrica i Taxa de Parts en cadascuna de les cinc categories (segons la mida de la granja), s’han lliurat 45 estatuetes d’or, plata i bronze.

 

La comunitat autònoma que ha obtingut més guardons és l’Aragó, amb 16 premis Porc d’Or per a 13 granges: 7 granges d’Osca s’han endut una desena d’estatuetes (4 ors, 1 plata i 5 bronzes); i 6 granges de Saragossa han rebut 4 plates i 2 bronzes. Molt a prop està Catalunya, que ha acumulat 14 premis per a 12 granges: 10 (4 ors, 4 plates i 2 bronzes) han anat a parar a 8 granges de Barcelona; 2 (1 or i 1 plata) per a 2 granges de Lleida, i unes altres 2 estatuetes (1 or i 1 plata) per a 2 granges de Girona. En tercera posició, hi ha Navarra i Galícia amb 5 premiats cadascuna. Així, 5 granges navarreses han rebut 1 or, 2 plates i 2 bronzes. En el cas de Galícia, 3 granges d’Ourense han obtingut 4 guardons (1 or, 2 plates i 1 bronze) i 1 granja de la Corunya 1 estatueta de bronze.

 

Castella i Lleó ha sumat 4 premis per a granges de Salamanca (or), Segòvia (or), Sòria (bronze) i Zamora (or). I tanca la classificació Andalusia, en rebre una granja cordovesa una estatueta de bronze per Taxa de Parts.

 

A més, tres granges de l’Aragó s’han endut els tres premis especials: el Porc d’Or Especial amb Diamant, el Porc d’Or Especial del Ministeri d’Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació (MAPA) i el premi Porc d’Or Especial Zoetis a la Innovació.
