Bona sortida i entrada d’any!

Ha arribat l’últim dia de l’any, un any que se’ns prometia millor que el 2020 i, tot i que en part ha sigut millor, no ho ha sigut tant com esperàvem. Acomiadem el 2021 des del pic de la sisena onada del coronavirus, i les perspectives i expectatives pel nou any no estan molt altes, començant pel fet que estem afrontant un segon Cap d’Any sense celebrar-lo de la manera que estàvem acostumats.

En aquesta línia, podem aprofitar per celebrar un Cap d’Any més familiar i relaxat, i reflexionar de manera calmada i realista els nostres propòsits d’any nou, una altra de les tradicions d’aquests dies. El nostre consell seria proposar-se objectius senzills a curt-mig termini, i sobretot que siguin realistes amb tu mateix, l’entorn i la situació actual. També és moment de valorar l’any que em viscut, veure les pèrdues i les victories que hem tingut i saber que mantenir al pròxim any i que no.

 

Les expectatives per l’any que entra han de ser igual que els propòsits individuals: realistes i senzilles. El canvi d’any no és un miracle ni un moment màgic, és simplement, una celebració que està lligada al calendari: demà el món estarà igual que avui, els canvis grans comencen de manera imperceptible, no d’un dia per l’altre. Aquest any trobarem nous espais que s’hauran reinventat i adaptat a la situació, fent-nos la impressió de recuperar la normalitat que tant desitgem. Controlar les expectatives ens ajuda a prevenir la desil·lusió i la decepció, el millor és entrar a l’any esperant canvis petits i paulatins.

 

Aquest dia et sol convidar a reflexionar, com a mínim en el futur pròxim que viurem dins del 2022, i amb aquesta breu reflexió és amb la que us volem desitjar un bon any nou i feliç 2022. Que el nou any ens porti salut, il·lusió i canvis, i ganes de continuar treballant i lluitant pel que volem. Bon any nou!
