Acció Climàtica promociona la gastronomia catalana al Marroc, l’Orient Mitjà i els Estats Units

La iniciativa compta amb xefs de renom i inclou la presentació i degustació de productes.

El Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural ha donat el tret de sortida del projecte ‘Catalan Food’, una iniciativa per promocionar la gastronomia arreu del món. Fins al 14 de desembre els productes típics catalans es promocionaran a diversos països del Magreb (Tunísia i Marroc), l’Orient Mitjà (Oman) i Amèrica del Nord (Estats Units). La iniciativa compta amb xefs de renom i inclou la presentació i degustació de productes. Entre les activitats programades, destaca un tast d’especialitats nadalenques a Nova York, on participaran empreses com Torrons Vicens, Xocolata Jolonch o Freixenet, entre altres. L’acte reunirà 30 professionals especialitzats i és el segon que organitza Prodeca a la ciutat més poblada dels EUA.
