El VINSEUM endarrereix la seva obertura per un recurs contra la licitació del muntatge audiovisual

L’obertura del nou VINSEUM – Museu de les Cultures del Vi de Catalunya serà més enllà de la primavera del 2023, com s’havia anunciat, i es preveu que arribi durant la segona meitat de l’any que ve. El motiu, segons ha detallat la direcció en un comunicat, és el recurs que una UTE -unió d’empreses temporal- ha presentat al Tribunal de Contractes del Sector Públic contra la licitació del muntatge audiovisual per un defecte de forma. Davant aquesta impugnació, els serveis jurídics de l’Ajuntament de Vilafranca han recomanat aturar la licitació d’aquest lot i convocar un nou concurs per reduir al màxim la demora de l’obertura del nou equipament. Segons el VINSEUM, si no es fes una nova licitació, el retard podria arribar a ser d’un any.
