Comença el cicle formatiu en pedagogia lliure i cooperativa, impulsat per Kunlabi i El Roure

L’escola viva El Roure, juntament amb el cowork i espai cultural Kunlabi, ambdues de Sant Joan de Mediona (Alt Penedès) organitza un cicle de formacions en pedagogia lliure i cooperativa. Organitzades en quatre sessions en tres dies, les formacions tindran lloc a Kunlabi i estan adreçades a professionals i familiars amb l’objectiu d’apropar la visió educativa d’El Roure, des de l’experiència de més de 20 anys d’acompanyar criatures, famílies i professionals, a les situacions concretes, necessitats i dificultats del dia a dia. En elles es tractaran temes fonamentals i que es manifesten habitualment com ara la influència de la xarxa familiar, el coneixement de la naturalesa i potencial de cada criatura o la relació respectuosa i democràtica a la relació individual o grupal amb criatures. I tot plegat es farà des de la vivència i la reflexió individual i grupal.

La primera de les sessions tindrà lloc el dia 5 de novembre al matí, entre 10 i 2 del migdia i anirà a càrrec de l’educadora i formadora Clara Jiménez, coordinadora i membre de l’equip pedagògic de l’escola viva El Roure des del 2014. En ella es farà una introducció a la sistèmica dins del món familiar i educatiu per tal de repensar l’individu tenint en compte el seu sistema familiar, educatiu i socio-cultural.

 

La segona i tercera sessió tindran lloc el dia 19 de novembre, una al matí i l’altra a la tarda. Pati Blasco i Aitor Aúz, ambdós pares de les escoles El Roure i Epiqueia abordaran l’escolta des de la Comunicació No Violenta, és a dir, com escoltar les nostres necessitats més profundes i les de les altres persones, més enllà de les accions i les paraules. Aquesta formació combinarà teoria i pràctica, espais de reflexió, converses i dinàmiques per experimentar el contingut en situacions de la vida quotidiana. La tercera sessió, de 4 a 8 de la tarda, se centrarà en Democràcia i cooperació a l’educació i anirà a càrrec de l’educador, formador i assessor Paco Robles, membre de l’equip pedagògic de l’escola viva El Roure des del 2009. Robles abordarà, entre d’altres, com conjugar democràcia, cooperació i educació en la pràctica educativa.

 

El cicle Pedagogia Lliure i Cooperativa es tancarà el 3 de desembre amb la sessió Conèixer a les filles i fills. La formadora i assessora Begoña González, cofundadora i coordinadora de l’escola viva El Roure durant vint anys, oferirà una formació basada en el fet que cada criatura és única, amb una essència i personalitat que cal conèixer per acompanyar-la amb encert perquè pugui desenvolupar el seu potencial natural.

Les inscripcions al cicle poden fer-se per correu electrònic (kunlabi@bildi.net) o per telèfon al 686 929 806. Es pot fer una inscripció global (4 sessions 100 euros) o per sessió (30 euros). El cicle Pedagogia lliure i cooperativa neix en el marc del Projecte Singular Kunlabi, impulsat per la cooperativa de disseny Bildi i amb la col·laboració d’altres tres cooperatives: l’escola viva El Roure, el setmanari La Fura i l’assessoria Facto i finançat pel Programa d’Economia Social del Departament d’Empresa i Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya. Fruit de la intercooperació d’aquestes quatre cooperatives, una de les activitats que s’impulsen és aquest cicle el qual, justament, per impulsar-se des d’aquest Projecte Singular, pot oferir les sessions a un cost molt més baix que habitualment.
