La DO Terra Alta tindrà un espai propi a la 7a edició de Festast

La Denominació d’Origen Terra Alta participarà enguany de la 7a edició de Festast, la fira alimentària de les Terres de l’Ebre, que se celebra del 21 al 25 d’octubre al recinte firal de Tortosa.

La DO Terra Alta comptarà amb un espai propi on els visitants podran gaudir de l’Experiència DO Terra Alta a través d’una exposició divulgativa i sensorial per conèixer el bo i millor de la garnatxa blanca terraltina, així com una àmplia mostra dels vins que s’elaboren sota l’empara de la DO, en un format túnel del vi, on es podran conèixer i tastar un centenar de referències de la DO Terra Alta.

 

Durant els 5 dies que durarà la fira, la DO Terra Alta, considerada el celler de les Terres de l’Ebre, organitzarà també tastos i activitats dirigides a càrrec dels cellers participants, així com maridatges gastronòmics amb els productes típics de les Terres de l’Ebre, com ara la tonyina, i els plats que cuiners amb Estrella Michelin com Fran López, Jeroni Castell o Vicent Guimerà realitzaran en diferents showcookings.  

 

La mostra, que va dirigida tant al públic final com al professional, engloba també les jornades Gastroebre, que se celebraran el dilluns 24 i el dimarts 25, i on la DO Terra Alta tindrà també presència per acompanyar les diferents activitats programades per als professionals del sector.  

 

Festast arriba enguany renovat per tal de mostrar tot el potencial gastronòmic de la cuina de les Terres de l’Ebre. Un espai per gaudir d’una àmplia varietat de productes gràcies a les demostracions de cuina, tastos de vi i activitats variades de la mà del món de la restauració, l’hostaleria i la gastronomia de la zona.
