El cava Tres Naus Brut 2019 del Celler Domenys ha guanyat el Vinari Gran Or dels Escumosos blancs

El Secretari de Difusió, Jofre Llombart, entregant el premi al president de Cellers Domenys, Magí Baltà, i al Director Tècnic, Ciriac Carbó.

Cellers Domenys ha obtingut un nou reconeixement en la gala dels Premis Vinari, on ha assolit el Vinari Gran Or pel seu cava Tres Naus Brut 2019 de la gamma DOMENIO WINES. Concretament, el guardó pertany a la categoria d’Escumosos blancs de l’anyada 2019.

La celebració dels Premis Vinari, que va tenir lloc aquest passat divendres 7 d’octubre per primer cop al Teatre Casal de Vilafranca del Penedès, va coincidir amb la desena edició del concurs, nascut amb la voluntat de donar a conèixer els millors vins i escumosos de Catalunya.

En aquesta ocasió, el premi va ser lliurat pel Secretari de Difusió, Jofre Llombart, al president de Cellers Domenys, Magí Baltà, i al Director Tècnic, Ciriac Carbó. Dels 6 Vinari Gran Or reservats als escumosos en aquesta edició, 5 se’ls va emportar la DO Cava. D’aquests 5, un correspon al Tres Naus Brut 2019 de DOMENIO WINES.

 

El Tres Naus Brut compta amb les varietats tradicionals, Xarel·lo, Macabeu i Parellada, i també amb Chardonnay. El Director Tècnic, Ciriac Carbó, precisa que “per les seves propietats i qualitats organolèptiques, es tracta d’un cava reposat, fresc i natural, elaborat en el més absolut repòs al celler modernista de Rocafort de Queralt”.

Per la seva banda, el president de Cellers Domenys, Magí Baltà, ha mostrat la seva satisfacció i agraïment públic. “Aquest és un nou reconeixement al treball compartit de tots els pagesos, socis i sòcies, de la cooperativa i equip humà de Cellers Domenys, que any rere any s’esforcen per assolir un producte de gran qualitat. Sense la passió i labor incansable que tots i totes hi dediquem en aquest projecte, aquest guardó no seria possible”, ha puntualitzat Baltà.
