Roses celebra la 4a Fira de la Cervesa Artesana & Music amb noves propostes gastronòmiques

Joan Plana, alcalde de Roses; Fèlix Llorens, regidor de Promoció Econòmica; i Èric Ibáñez, regidor de Cultura i Festes, han presentat el programa d’actes i principals novetats de la temporada d’enguany. Joan Plana celebra “arribar a la quarta edició de la Fira de la Cervesa Artesana avalats per l’èxit i bona acollida de les edicions anteriors i el fet que Roses continuï oferint a la nostra ciutadania, públic de la comarca i resta de visitants, una programació cultural i festiva de qualitat al llarg de tot l’any, més enllà de la temporada turística”.

Per la seva banda, el regidor de Promoció Econòmica, Fèlix Llorens, destaca la incorporació de noves propostes gastronòmiques al programa, “ampliant així els continguts d’una mostra que es troba ja plenament consolidada i que ha assolit en les edicions anteriors un gran èxit, tant de públic assistent, com de productors participants. Enguany, aquest interès per part dels cervesers artesans a ser presents a Roses s’ha tornat a posar de manifest, cobrint-se ràpidament les sis places disponibles i amb altres peticions en llista d’espera”.

 

Cerveses i producció musical de proximitat

La Canetenca de Canet de Mar, Limbik-co de Figueres, Cervesa l’Albera de Garriguella, Gro Brewers de Girona, Cervesa de Roses i Terra Aspra de Tortellà, són els productors cervesers presents a l’edició d’enguany. Roses torna així a oferir als amants de la cervesa, una magnífica oportunitat per conèixer la producció artesanal de casa nostra i gaudir de les diferents varietats de sis elaboradors de proximitat.

 

Al llarg del cap de setmana, l’envelat que acollirà la Fira disposarà de les barres dels productors i de la instal·lació de taules i cadires que permetran als assistents degustar còmodament les diferents especialitats cerveseres presents a la mostra, tot escoltant la música en viu que diferents grups oferiran des de l’escenari del recinte. Èric Ibáñez, regidor de Cultura i Festes, ha donat a conèixer les formacions musicals que oferiran els concerts de la present edició: “tots ells grups de proximitat, empordanesos i de la comarca del Gironès, que amenitzaran amb les seves versions de rock les jornades de divendres (Blue Duck i The Bazaga’s) i dissabte (ParraK i The Hackers), mentre que la sessió matinal de diumenge anirà a càrrec de Merkado Negro, amb el seu repertori de rumba i salsa.”

La Fira creix: tasts i gastronomia

Enguany, la Fira programa també diferents novetats i activitats complementàries relacionades amb el món de la cervesa i amb la gastronomia. D’una banda, trobem l’activitat Tastabar on, del 4 al 6 d’octubre, els bars La Fraternal, Harry’s i l’Àncora serviran tasts a càrrec dels productors Gro Brewers, Cervesa de Roses i Cervesa de l’Albera respectivament, que oferiran als assistents la nota de cata de les cerveses presentades. Per participar en les sessions del Tastabar cal inscripció prèvia trucant al telèfon 972 15 25 21. Per la seva part, el Mercat Municipal de Roses organitza també un tast dissabte 8 d’octubre, en aquest cas a càrrec de la cervesera La Canetenca.

 

Dissabte 8 d’octubre, a les 17.30 h, els productors presents a la Fira celebraran l’activitat Tast Prèmium, una degustació on cada cervesera presentarà als participants els ingredients, procés d’elaboració i característiques de la seva millor cervesa. El preu de l’activitat és de 10 € i inclou sis tastos i un got de vidre d’edició limitada.

La cuina entra en acció

La gastronomia rosinca és una peça clau de l’activitat lúdica i cultural de Roses, oferint propostes i menús especials en el marc de les diferents fires, festes i festivals que la vila celebra al llarg de l’any. La Fira de la Cervesa Artesana no podia ser una excepció, i enguany incorpora al seu programa tres menús especials, on els restaurants Falconera, Harry’s i L’Àncora, serviran entre el 3 i el 9 d’octubre, plats dissenyats especialment o maridats amb les cerveses artesanes participants a la Fira de la Cervesa.

 

Al mateix recinte de la Fira, es comptarà un any més amb la participació de l’Associació d’Amics de Guinea-Conakry, encarregat del servei de bar, on es podran consumir refrescos, aigües i entrepans, mentre que diumenge al migdia, oferirà una fideuada popular amb un preu de 6 € el tiquet (a la venda els dies de la Fira al mateix recinte).

 

Gots reutilitzables i gots de vidre edició limitada

Una altra novetat que incorpora l’edició d’enguany és la producció de dos models de gots per servir les consumicions: un got reutilitzable que tindrà un preu de 1€, no retornable, i un altre de vidre edició limitada (només es disposarà de 200 unitats) amb un preu de 3€.
