L’Associació de Micropobles de Catalunya participa per primer cop a la Fira de Sant Miquel de Lleida

La defensa de la ruralitat, de l’equilibri i l’equitat territorial, la igualtat d’oportunitats i l’impuls d’accions que afavoreixin el repoblament són part essencial de la feina de l’Associació de Micropobles de Catalunya. Per aquest motiu, l’entitat porta a la Fira de Sant Miquel de Lleida el debat sobre el futur del món rural a través d’una intervenció artística creada per l’ocasió per l’equip creatiu de Pango i Co, amb l’arbequí Ivan Egea i Estitxu Julián, que convidarà al públic a formar-ne part per completar-la.

L’Associació de Micropobles de Catalunya participa per primera vegada de la Fira Agrària de Sant Miquel en la seva 68a edició del 29 de setembre al 2 d’octubre. Per l’entitat suposa una gran oportunitat per donar a conèixer la seva tasca i reforçar el seu missatge sobre els reptes del món rural. En aquesta línia i, dins el programa de la
Fira de Sant Miquel, Micropobles promou la taula rodona ‘Dones i ruralitat’ amb la voluntat de reflexionar i esperonar una nova cultura del territori que aprofundeixi en la feminització del món rural i afavoreixi la presència de dones a totes les tasques i estructures d’aquest àmbit. La taula rodona tindrà lloc demà divendres 30 a les 17h i comptarà amb Núria Fontanet Colell, coordinadora territorial del Departament d’Acció Climàtica i Agenda Rural a l’Alt Pirineu i Aran; Laia Angrill Perelló, gerent de Cal Rosill i membre de la sectorial de joves i vaques de llet d’Unió de Pagesos de Catalunya; Esmeralda Roureda, gerent d’explotació ramadera i vicepresidenta territorial de JARC; i Maria Dolors Català Roig, agricultora i presidenta de l’Associació de Dones del Món Rural. La taula rodona compta amb la col·laboració de les diputacions de Lleida, Tarragona, Girona i Barcelona, així com de l’Àrea Metropolitana de Barcelona.

 

L’espai de l’associació acollirà també la representació d’una peça de microteatre a través de Lo Microfest el divendres 30 de setembre, coincidint amb la visita dels alcaldes i alcaldesses del Segrià. Diumenge dia 2 al migdia, el Festival Itinera posarà música a l’espai amb un concert de petit format a càrrec del músic i productor lleidatà Vicent Monfà, Neptú. Tot plegat, suposa una representació de diferents iniciatives d’àmbit social i cultural impulsades per Micropobles que sumen en el camí de la millora de la qualitat de vida al món rural.

L’Associació de Micropobles de Catalunya neix l’any 2008 amb la voluntat de ser un instrument per fer visible la realitat dels micropobles i contribuir perquè les condicions de vida al món rural siguin dignes i ajustades a les necessitats dels seus habitants. Som punt de trobada per als municipis menors de 1.000 habitants de Catalunya, defensem la ruralitat i lluitem pel repoblament. Actualment, Micropobles compta amb 229 ajuntaments associats.
