La Fira del Torró i la Xocolata d’Agramunt recupera la normalitat amb la seva 33a edició

La Fira del Torró i la xocolata a la pedra d’Agramunt (Urgell) torna el 8 i 9 d’octubre amb la seva 33 edició i dues novetats; un nou espai dedicat a la xocolata i el vi i una nova zona amb més ‘Foodgonetes’ i música en directe. Durant dos dies, Agramunt esdevindrà de nou l’epicentre del món dolç i del producte agroalimentari de qualitat amb degustacions, tallers i ponències al voltant del torró i la xocolata a la pedra. La fira s’ha presentat aquest passat divendres a la Sala de Plens de l’ajuntament i l’alcaldessa Sílvia Fernàndez ha destacat que enguany serà una edició “molt il·lusionant” perquè suposa “la tornada a la normalitat”. Fernández també ha remarcat l’aposta per “posar en valor el nucli antic amb una nova aula a l’Espai Guinovart”.

Per la seva part, la directora de la Fira, Tamara Lombardo, ha explicat els espais on es desenvoluparà la fira destacant, entre d’altres, el nou espai per a les ‘Foodgonetes’ i la tradicional carpa on veure la cuita del torró d’Agramunt, on gaudir de l’espectacle de l’elaboració tradicional d’aquest dolç i de tenir l’oportunitat de tastar-lo acabat de sortir del perol.

 

El Pavelló Firal d’Agramunt serà un cop més un dels grans epicentres de fira. El pavelló dolç serà l’espai dedicat als torronaires amb IGP Torró d’Agramunt, acompanyats d’altres expositors del món del dolç. També acollirà un intens programa d’activitats a l’Aula del Gust amb els torronaires i diversos referents de la pastisseria i la cuina dolça.

 

Pep Palau, gastrònom i organitzador de l’Aula del Gust, ha estat l’encarregat de donar a conèixer el programa d’activitats. Alguns dels protagonistes seran Eva Feliu (Aürt, restaurant barceloní amb una estrella Michelin), David Gil (grup elBarri), Arnau Arboix i Josep Esturi del col·lectiu Taula dolça (que agrupa pastissers, postrers i xocolaters d’Osona), el cuiner Arnau París, el xocolater Joan Baixas (Amazing Chocolate) o Zoe Valero, mestra torronaire, entre d’altres.

 

A l’Aula del Tast es donaran a conèixer, a través de presentacions i tastos guiats, els productes de proximitat més destacats que s’exposaran al Pavelló Agroalimentari. Hi haurà olis, embotits, espècies, vins, caves, cerveses o pa, entre molts d’altres.

 

Aquest any tindrà un especial protagonisme la xocolata i el vi i és que s’estrenarà un nou espai d’activitats, l’Aula de la Xocolata i el Vi. Aquest espai acollirà demostracions i tastos amb els vins de la DO Costers del Segre i xocolates d’Agramunt i estarà ubicat a l’Espai Guinovart (Plaça del Mercat, 1). Aquest nou espai aportarà més moviment al nucli antic que també comptarà amb un total de 140 parades que aniran des del pavelló firal fins al centre. També hi haurà activitats pels més petits a l’Espai Cuinetes amb tallers gastronòmics pedagògics. Aquesta edició també incorpora un nou espai de jocs familiars que estarà ubicat a la Plaça del Mercat.

 

La música en directe també tindrà el seu espai com també les ja habituals foodtrucks. Serà a l’espai de ‘Les Foodgonetes’, on al llarg de tot el cap de setmana hi haurà diversos concerts i els visitants de la fira podran gaudir d’una àmplia oferta gastronòmica que inclourà des d’entrepans o hamburgueses, a pizzes, entre d’altres opcions. Estaran ubicades a la Plaça Fondandana i, enguany, amplien espai i també se n’ubicaran a la Plaça del Mercat. A més a més, el públic podrà gaudir al llarg de tot el cap de setmana de diverses actuacions musicals, com per exemple, Joan Garriga i el Mariatxi Galàctic.

 

En el marc de la mateixa fira, durant tot el mes d’octubre se celebrarà la 7a edició de la Ruta Gastronòmica que de nou permetrà redescobrir el torró i la xocolata en plats tant dolços com salats que prepararan 12 restaurants de la demarcació de Lleida.
