Almatret uneix història, música i gastronomia en un nou programa d’activitats i concerts

L’Ajuntament d’Almatret posa en marxa un nou programa d’activitats que uneix el patrimoni històric de la localitat, amb concerts dins el Festival Itinera i la gastronomia local. Totes les sessions s’iniciaran amb visites guiades a les trinxeres del Cingle de la Pena i al museu Pepe Guillermo, prèvies al concert programat per la jornada al Bar La Societat. A més, la proposta cultural es pot ampliar amb un menú gastronòmic Cuina de Trinxera al Bar Les Piscines. Es tracta d’un menú especialment dissenyat per l’ocasió i que parteix de la tradició gastronòmica local. Aquelles persones que gaudeixin del paquet complet rebran també una ampolla d’Oli d’Oliva Verge Extra de la Cooperativa d’Almatret. La iniciativa s’emmarca dins el projecte Terra d’Oli impulsat pel Consell Comarcal del Segrià i que busca donar a conèixer el territori i el seu patrimoni a través de visites guiades i la gastronomia.

Avui dissabte 25 de juny es donarà el tret de sortida al cicle amb el concert de The Massive Brothers. El 16 de juliol serà el torn de Johnny Big Stone & Sweet Marta – La ruta del Mississipi. Els següents concerts estan previstos pel 20 d’agost, 10 de setembre i 15 d’octubre. Tot plegat, dins el Festival Itinera, una iniciativa de
l’Associació de Micropobles de Catalunya i Aktive que té per objectiu donar a conèixer els micropobles a través de propostes musicals de jazz, blues gospel i soul de qualitat en petit format.

Amb aquesta iniciativa, l’Ajuntament d’Almatret busca oferir propostes culturals de qualitat a la població i donar a conèixer l’oferta turística i gastronòmica de la localitat. Les activitats estan obertes a públic de totes les edats i s’han establert diferents opcions de tarifes que inclouen la ruta guiada i el concert, o bé, la ruta, el concert i el
menú gastronòmic. Cal destacar que tot els concerts del Festival Itinera són gratuïts. Per reservar plaça per la ruta i el menú especial cal contactar directament amb l’Ajuntament d’Almatret al telèfon 973 13 80 13.
