L’Observatori de Joves mostra les ajudes que han rebut els joves agricultors i ramaders des del 2015

Un total de 2.260 joves han rebut l’ajut de primera instal·lació de joves agricultors/res des de 2015. Així és desprèn de les dades publicades en l’Observatori de Joves del Departament d’Acció Climàtica, Alimentació i Agenda Rural, que també fan palès que 3.317 beneficiaris joves han rebut un import de 37,7M€ dels ajuts a la sostenibilitat des de 2015 a Catalunya. D’aquests, el 17,85% són beneficiaris dels ajuts que dintre d‘aquest línia corresponen a agricultura i ramaderia ecològiques, un 41,80% a pràctiques agroambientals, i un 40,35% a la línia relativa a compensació a les zones amb limitacions.

D’altra banda, també cal destacar que el Departament ha abonat 6.507 expedients d’ajuts de la Política Agrària Comuna (PAC) des de 2015 a beneficiaris joves per un import superior a 218M€.

 

L’Observatori de Joves, que ja porta 4.971 pàgines vistes i 1.120 visitants, és un espai de dades obertes i transparència, que ofereix totes les dades relatives als joves agricultors a Catalunya. Així, s’hi pot consultar:

 

  • Els joves que s’han incorporat a l’activitat agrària des de l’any 2015 amb l’ajut de primera instal·lació de joves agricultors/res, amb especificació dels joves instal·lats en cada convocatòria, concretant també per sexe, import total d’ajut, explotació ecològica sol·licitats, orientació productiva (OTE), tipus d’instal·lació (societat, persona física), si és Explotació Agrària Prioritària (EAP) o si ha demanat un altre ajut de millora a la competitivitat, mitigació del canvi climàtic o diversificació per a executar el pla d’empresa.

 

  • Els joves que demanen els ajuts a la sostenibilitat, el que inclou les pràctiques agroambientals (Gestió sostenible de zones humides, Gestió i recuperació de prats de dall, Millora dels hàbitats esteparis de Xarxa Natura 2000, Apicultura per a la millora de la biodiversitat, Sistemes alternatius a la lluita química, Producció integrada, Conservació de races autòctones, Gestió de la fertilització, Biodiversitat cultivada), l’agricultura i ramaderia ecològica, i la compensació a les zones amb limitacions naturals o altres limitacions específiques.

 

  • Els joves que demanen els ajuts directes de la Política Agrària Comuna (PAC). Així, hom hi troba els joves que han rebut els ajuts de Pagament Bàsic, Greening, complement de jove o qualsevol ajut associat a la seva activitat.

 

Val a dir que totes aquestes dades obertes de l’Observatori de Joves es poden extreure en format Excel per convocatòria des de 2015, per comarca, demarcació territorial, sexe, i ajut.

 

Aquest Observatori s’emmarca dins de l’oficina virtual ‘El Planter – Joves al camp’, allotjada al web de Ruralcat que el Departament va posar en marxa, el maig del 2020, amb l’objectiu ser un punt de trobada i d’informació per a tot els joves que decideixen incorporar-se a l’activitat agrària a Catalunya, amb una atenció especial als qui no tenen experiència prèvia en el sector. Aquesta oficina virtual aplega en un únic espai tota la informació que necessiten els joves per a incorporar-se al sector agroalimentari i rural, des d’ajuts i formació fins a experiències compartides, suport, i assessorament.
