Els vins de la Denominació d’Origen Terra Alta seran els encarregats, un any més, d’acompanyar la Gala de Lliurament dels Premis de Periodisme d’Investigació Ramon Barnils, que arriben enguany a la seva 7a edició. Serà dimecres 15 de desembre al Born Centre Cultural i de Memòria de Barcelona.
Durant la gala de lliurament dels premis, que van néixer amb la voluntat de reconèixer i estimular la pràctica del periodisme d’investigació entre els professionals en actiu, així com entre els estudiants de periodisme, es farà entrega dels guardons en les dues categories que abasten els premis: obres publicades en mitjans d’abast nacional i obres publicades en mitjans locals i comarcals, que tractin temàtiques diverses en qualsevol territori dels Països Catalans.
Un cop finalitzada la gala, la DO Terra Alta oferirà els seus vins per posar el punt final a la celebració i acompanyar als guardonats.
El Premi Ramon Barnils, convertit ja en tot un referent dins el sector, és una iniciativa del Grup de Periodistes Ramon Barnils per promoure la informació documentada i contrastada. Amb la celebració d’aquesta gala es busca crear un punt de trobada per als periodistes catalans i un marc per a la reflexió sobre el periodisme d’investigació i la situació que viu la professió avui en dia.
